Methode Traditionnelle 2013
Our first Sparkling Shiraz was produced from hand selected Shiraz grapes from our own vineyard. After blending, the wine was on tirage for 20 months prior to being disgorged and liqueured.
Colour: Deep ruby
Aroma: Rich ripe plums and blueberries. The full bodied decadent flavours on the nose carry through to the palate.
Palate: Christmas in a glass! Our Sparkling Shiraz is an indulgent wine consisting of many layers waiting to be explored. It exudes an elegant and lively mouthfeel full of rich plum pudding and berries. Utterly delicious!

Layers of spicy black fruits meet the savoury complexity of maturation in old French oak barrels, with fine, firm tannins softened by 23g/l of dosage. It’s already secondary in its character, ready to drink now, and carries good line and persistence.
