We absolutely love it when our customers visit us in our stunning coastal surrounds but we are aware that sometimes it’s nice to have wine delivered straight to your door. When you join our exclusive Soaker’s Club, you can experience all things Woodsoak from your sofa!
“The Soakers Club”
We are committed to providing our Loyal “Soaks” with the best customer service possible. Our fabulous Club offers all of these exclusive entitlements:
- No membership fees
- 20% or more off normal online prices
- Delivery of 2 dozen wines of your choice annually – every February and August
- Free freight on any wine ordered
- a complimentary glass of wine at our Wine Room when you join
Terms and Conditions
To become a member of our Soakers Club and receive the benefits, you must be 18 years and older and live in Australia.
There is no fee to join and we offer free freight.
By joining the Soakers Club, you are making a financial commitment to receive 2 deliveries of wine per year straight to your door step – in February and August.
Funds will be debited from your nominated credit card prior to each delivery. We will automatically send this order to you every Feb and Aug. Please email us to change your order or cancel your membership.
Your nominated credit card will be charged during the first week of each shipping month. You will be notified by email when your wine is dispatched with your Tracking No.
Soakers Club members that sign up outside of the selected dispatch months of August and February will receive the next following scheduled shipment. For example, if you join during June, your credit card will not be charged until the first week of August, and then you will receive your scheduled August shipment.
Please ensure that your credit card details are kept up to date so that you don’t miss out on your wine shipment.
Your account details are kept secure. We have a SSL certificate that protects all of your information online.
Deliveries are made via Australia Post and must be signed for by a person 18 years or older. Delivery is generally made within 7-10 business days.
Wine will not be left unattended by Australia Post. A calling card will be left and you will need to collect your shipment from your local post office. Woodsoak Wines and Australia Post take no responsibility for wine left unattended.

Unless you advise Woodsoak Wines otherwise via email to info@woodsoakwines.com.au you will continue to remain an active Soakers Club member.
By joining the Soakers Club, you are agreeing to receive communication from us either in the form of email, post or telephone.
Stock availability, wine prices and terms & conditions are subject to change at any time.
We deliver wine anywhere within Australia.
If you’re going to be away, we can send your wine to a different address. Just contact us to edit your shipping details. Alternatively, you can contact us and we will temporarily suspend your shipment.
You can have any amount of cases delivered at the Soakers Club prices and at any time of the year. Just contact us!
If you need to cancel your Soakers Club membership, simply email us with your request to info@woodsoakwines.com.au.
