This Sparkling White Wine was produced from hand picked Pinot Noir grapes from our own Woodsoak vineyard.  This blend has spent 23 months on tirage prior to disgorgement & liqueuring.

Colour:  Pale straw with a hint of Indian gold
Aroma: Autolysis of this wine gives it a creamy mouthfeel with bread-like and floral aromas
Palate: Gracefully balanced with natural acidity, this wine offers flavours of toasty brioche supported by ample fruit notes.  Rich & creamy with slightly sweet finish, this sparkling in alluring and delicious!
Food Pairing:  Pair with any fine food or enjoy as an aperitif
Dosage: 6g/l
