Pyaar Pinot Noir
Pinot Noir is a versatile wine that can range from a light red to a bold, full-bodied red wine. The sunny, cooler climate of the Robe Wine Region boasts the perfect conditions for growing Pinot Noir, which is evident in this light and delightfully fruity drop.
Our Pyaar Pinot Noir offers a complex aroma and an integrated palate of sweet fruit with a deep crimson hue. There is a lovely complement of raspberry, strawberry, rhubarb, and dried cranberry aromatics.
The palate reveals a smooth texture and is full of juicy red berries amid notes of black tea leaves. The finish is bold, long and refreshing.
The Pyaar Pinot Noir is an excellent wine for those looking for a light red while still offering loads of flavour. Harvested on the last day of March 2020, we are ecstatic with the result!
The Pinot Noir's versatility makes it the perfect accompaniment to a variety of dishes. The Pyaar Pinot Noir is light enough to enjoy with salmon or other fatty fish while having the flavour to carry a mushroom risotto or chargrilled beef or duck dish.
However, our favourite counterpart to the Pyaar Pinot Noir are our homegrown beef, mutton, garlic (a lot of!) and rosemary sausages — a tasty staple around the Legoe family table!
