Gold Medal 2021 Limestone Coast Wine Show

Our Zaahira Sparkling blush wine is a celebration in a bottle! The blush colour is a result of blending Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes, and we used the Charmat method to produce and trap the bubbles so that you can enjoy them!

Our Wine

This delicate sparkling blush coloured wine has been meticulously made and blended to enrich the natural fruit characters of the classic grape varieties Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.  Both the Pinot Noir & Chardonnay grapes were hand-picked, and whole bunch pressed.

As a result, the finish is soft in the mouth with a refreshing crisp citrus backbone ensuring the longevity of the wine. We used the Charmat wine fermentation process to enhance this wine & achieve a fine bead with a lively and fresh balance.

Zaahira Sparkling displays an enticing fragrant mix of red fruit including fresh strawberry, mulberry, pomegranate and poached rhubarb.

Food Pairing

This light and refreshing fizz is the perfect start or end to any meal or celebration, such as weddings, birthday parties, or reconnecting with friends. Everything is more fun with a glass of bubbles in hand!

It is irresistibly fun and delicious; just one glass is enough to put a smile on your face and a sparkle in your eye!
