The cool temperate climate of the Limestone Coast provides the perfect growing conditions for Sauvignon Blanc grapes. The long, dry growing seasons result in grapes full of flavour — perfect for producing a pure, crisp, elegant Sauvignon Blanc wine, just like our  award-wining Santi Sauvignon Blanc.

Our Sauvignon Blanc Wine

Our  Santi Sauvignon Blanc 2022 displays a lifted tropical bouquet of passionfruit and lychees with undertones of green bell pepper with a vivid pale straw colour.

This wine is robust and filling while the grapefruit and lemon zestiness on the back palate will leave you salivating for more.

These Sauvignon Blanc grapes were sourced from our neighbouring Mt Benson Wine Region.  We selected Mt Benson as their Sauvignon Blanc wines have gained national acclaim.  This wine can be easily enjoyed now or savoured until 2024.

Food Pairing

Santi is the perfect drink to relish a summer's sunset while enjoying the company of good friends!  Pair with white meats or a platter of freshly caught seafood that Robe is famous for, accompanied by an herbaceous summer salad.

For the cheese lovers amongst us, this is a perfect sip to enjoy while devouring a cheese platter; it is especially delicious alongside goat's cheese!
