Created from hand selected Shiraz grapes from our Robe vineyard.  After blending, the wine was on tirage for 48 months prior to being disgorged and liqueured.

Colour:  Deep ruby

Aroma:  Rich ripe plums and blueberries.  The full bodied decadent flavours on the nose carry through to the palate.

Palate:  Christmas in a glass! Our Sparkling Shiraz is an indulgent wine consisting of many layers waiting to be explored.  It exudes an elegant and lively mouthfeel full of currants, rich plum pudding and berries.  Utterly delicious!
